All CleanCook stoves are of durable design. The M-series is made entirely of long-lasting stainless steel.

Cooking with ethanol from sustainably produced energy crops reduces wood the environmental solution use and deforestation. The CleanCook dramatically reduces greenhouse gas and soot (black carbon) emissions. This means a greatly reduced Global Warming Impact.

The CleanCook is the chosen stove for Project Gaia’s non-profit “Global Clean Cooking Fuel Initiative.” The Ethiopian NGO Gaia Association was awarded the Ashden Award and an EU Energy Globe Award for 2008 for its work with this stove in refugee camps.
