No 12V power supply.
- Check the power supply (operation voltage minimum 12.0V)
- Check the boiler fuse

When switching on heater does not operate and the red lamp lights up after approximately 30 seconds |
Cowl cover fitted to exterior vent. Air in the gas supply.
No gas supply.

Remove cowl cover and clear any obstruction

Check gas valve open and gas bottle has gas

To purge air from system, switch off the appliance, wait 5 minutes and switch on again |

Heater operates for a prolonged time, and then the red lamp lights |
Over temperature protection has operated
- Check system is filled with water, refill if required (close drain valve).
- To unlock, switch off the appliance, wait 5 minutes and switch on again

- Connect the caravan to the site supply and check circuit breaker
- Check system is filled with water, refill if required (close drain valve).
- If the over temperature cutout has been activated, switch unit off, wait 5 minutes then switch on again.
