Dometic Marine, the world’s leading supplier of marine air conditioning and sanitation systems and equipment has announced the winners of the coveted Dometic International Marine Excellence (DIME) Awards for distributors and dealers.
Given annually in recognition and appreciation of sales performance and customer service, the awards were presented by Ned Trigg, Senior Vice President, Global Marine Sales at a gathering of dealers and distributors during METS. The awards are based on sales of the company’s brands, which include Condaria, Cruisair®, Marine Air, SeaLand®,, and WAECO as well as the company’s own Dometic brand.
On announcing the awards, Ned Trigg said: “This year’s DIME awards recognise the provision of locally-focused support to our global customer base which is fundamental in continuing to satisfy the needs of the market. I would like to congratulate all our distributors and dealers who have provided exceptional customer service and out-performed expectations this year with high sales. There are four categories in the 2011 Awards - Sales Platinum, Sales Gold, Sales Silver and a Service Award. This year a total of four Sales Platinum, eight Sales Gold and 25 Silver Sales Awards were presented and three companies were recognised with a Service Award.
