In time for the approaching summer boating season, Dometic Marine, the world leading supplier of marine comfort systems introduces the Dometic SMEV Ceramic Electric Cooktop for galley or fly-bridge locations. With distinctive Italian styling the cooktop is designed to be flush-mounted with existing worktops to provide an attractive and efficient addition to the galley.
The cooktop is suitable for both DIY installation or professional retrofit and features three cooking configurations from two ceramic glass hotplates - a single 1200w and a double 700/1700w hotplate. For additional safety, the hotplates feature residual heat warning functions and pan holders are available for increased stability and security. The touch control panel provides up to nine heat settings as well as a timer and safety lock to prevent accidental start-up.
The flush-mounted design allows for easy cleaning and a hygienic cooking environment.
