Mr Bählkow joined the Dometic Group on the 20th of April, 2009. Mr Bählkow will be based at Dometic WAECO International in Emsdetten.
Mr Bählkow has previously hold the positions as Marketing and Product Manager at Truma Gerätetechnik GmbH & Co in Germany and lately as Managing Director for Rational Schweiz AG.
Mr Bählkow is 44 years old, married and father of 2 children.
