Environmental Organisation


Dometic’s environmental work is led by a central environmental manager who in turn is accountable to a environmental management group, the Environmental Board, which includes the Chief Executive Officer and representatives for product development, manufacturing and marketing.
The Environmental Board meets two times per year to decide on strategic environmental issues and to evaluate, update and approve the environmental program for forthcoming year. An important part of the environmental organisation is a number of environmental coordinators, one at each production facility. There are also two regional coordinators responsible for Germany and US respectively.
Furthermore, external contacts and staff at the Group’s R&D departments participate in the environmental work.
