Glass dishwashers are used in most restaurants. They have very short running cycles, but the water demand during operation is high. 

The advantage of using RO-water is that the very clean water allows air-drying without formation of stains. With that, the need for hand cleaning and also risk of breaking expensive glasses are eliminated.

The Dometic RO-units are very well adapted for use together with commercial dishwashers in a restaurant environment, where numerous advantages of using pure water are obvious:

Installation recommendations

The short running cycles make time an important factor. Usually the instant demand for water is higher than the capacity of the RO-system. Adding a pressure tank after the RO solves this. The volume of the pressure tank is typically less than 10 liters. The RO 400C will be the most suitable model.
