An Aging Wine Cellar is designed to replace a traditional wine cellar and store all sorts of wines for a long period of time. Our products store wine at the same temperature and humidity level as a traditional wine cellar.

Our Service Wine Cellars are designed to store wines for a short period of time and bring bottles up to optimal drinking temperatures, depending on the specific wine. Mainly designated for restaurants and professional use.

Absorption Technology

By using absorption cooling technology instead of compressors, Dometic wine cellars will not generate vibrations and function in complete silence. Exclusive vibration-free cooling means your wines are preserved for optimal flavor.

Modular Technology

Not one, but several ideal temperatures behind one low emission glass door. The Service Wine Cellar features two temperature zones that can be controlled independently; one for red wines and the other for white. This unit also has a rapid-chill compartment to quickly cool up to 10 bottles.
