Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) specialist Dometic Marine has recently secured orders to supply its cutting-edge chilled water equipment to high performance tug builder Signet Maritime. As part of the new contract, Dometic Marine will supply its chillers on-board three (3) Signet 82 Metric Ton Bollard Pull Z-Drive tugs, to provide each vessel with 240,000 BTU (British Thermal Unit) or 20 tons of capacity.
"We require the highest quality and proven-reliable air conditioning to provide a comfortable and pleasant working environment for our crew members, as well as cool sensitive electronic equipment on-board," said Joseph W.
