We openly inform our customers about SVHC substances used in Dometic products.
The list provided also include information from our suppliers regarding presence of REACH Candidate List substances with a concentration that exceeds 0,1 %, in our products and spare parts.
This information refer to the European Regulation No. 1907/2006 on Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals, REACH.
REACH Article 33
Article 33 of the REACH Regulation places a legal obligation on any EU supplier of an article containing more than 0.1 % of a substance put up on the so called Candidate List to provide the recipient of the supplied article with sufficient information to allow for the safe use. The Candidate list is updated continuously by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). The most recent Candidate List is published on the EHCA website.
Information to our customers about presences of SVHC substances in Dometic products
Based on the information currently at hand from suppliers, Dometic provides the following information regarding presence of REACH Candidate List substances with a concentration exceeding 0,1 %, in our products and spare parts:

There are no emissions from the substance during operation, but caution should be taken during end-of-life treatment such as shredding.|
|Lead||7439-92-1||Lead is used in small qualities as an alloying element in some metal parts. These applications are exempted from the general substance ban for lead according to the RoHS and ELV Directives. There is no risk of emissions of the substance during operation. At end-of-life, parts containing lead should be scrapped together with the complete product.|
