The electronics have received an impressive upgrade with the CFX3 series now equipped with Bluetooth® remote control functionality for increased usability and lower power consumption. Compared to previously used Wi-Fi, Bluetooth® is a more reliable connection and uses less energy. In addition, the CFX3 now has a more powerful USB charger output to power important devices faster. In addition, the new control panel is certified as weatherproof.
The Mobile APP for Smarter Monitoring and Controls
For even better control of the fridge/freezer from mobile devices, the new Dometic CFX3app has a new temperature and power consumption graph to monitor. The Bluetooth® connection also gives users the control at their fingertips without entering a password for Wi-Fi access. By simply opening the app, they can check and adjust the temperature and energy consumption.
The CFX3app helps to ensure users have a calm state of mind knowing they can always monitor and control the temperature and energy efficiency of their fridge/freezer. The app will also give warning signal when the temperature deviates from the set point.
World First Built-in Ice Maker
The Dometic CFX3 55IM model has a unique function that is the first of its kind in the market. The single-zone fridge/freezer has a dedicated section for a nice maker inside with ice-trays that can create ice while running the main compartment as a fridge.
