Card Payments
We accept card payments from VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners.

If your card transaction is approved, the payment amount will be reserved immediately and an order confirmation sent to your email address. Your card will be debited when we dispatch your order.

If your card transaction isn't approved, your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.

We offer three payment options with Klarna. Which of them are available will vary depending on your country.

Pay later: Pay after the goods have been delivered.
Pay over time: Pay in installments over time. 
Pay now: Pay the whole amount instantly, either by online banking or direct debit.

We offer paypal in the US market. 

Pay in just a few steps:

1. Select PayPal as your payment method at the checkout.

2. You'll then be redirected to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment.

3. If you're already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user details and confirm the payment. If you're new to PayPal, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

4. You'll then return to and your order and payment will be complete!

In the Dutch market, we offer paypal on IDeal, supported by all major banks.

We are in partnership with UPS for standard deliveries throughout Sweden. For larger products best suited for delivery on pallets, we have partnered with Dachser.

At present we are only shipping orders to mainland Europe.

Shipping costs

For purchases of less than SEK 2,000, a shipping cost of SEK 79 will be added.
For purchases exceeding SEK 2,000, no shipping costs will be added.

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email from us containing a confirmation of your purchase.

Your products are then packed and sent from our warehouse within two days of you ordering.

As soon as your shipment is on its way, you will receive an email from UPS or Dachser with a tracking number where you can track the delivery.

It usually takes between 3-7 working days before you have your ordered products with you.



If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, Dometic may allow you to return your product for a full refund of the product value within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused, and is still in its original packaging. All requests for returns must be made in accordance with our Terms and Conditions

Please note that if you wish to do a return on a product package, containing two products or more with a discount added, you need to return all items in the package.

For products purchased from an authorized reseller, the reseller's return policy applies. Contact your dealer directly for more information.

Should you regret your purchase and want to return the product to us, we ask you to fill in the form below and send it to us. As soon as the return is approved, we will send you a return slip via e-mail.

In order for us to be able to help you in the best possible way, we ask you to fill in as many fields as possible in the form.
