Just received my Montana RV 3 days ago, the furnace blower does not shut off and no heat. The only way I can shut off the blower is by removing the fuse or battery disconnect! I tried the thermostat in the off position, furnace position still the same!

We camp in the winter at very high altitude skiing. Does this furnace work good at high altitude. Do you sale a high altitude kit?
