The end-user warranty applicable to Dometic products is 2 years. If the product does not work as it should, for warranty processing, please go to D-Parts where you will find the tile “Claims”.
- If you don’t see the “Claims” tile in D-Parts, please use Contact us to request access and choose “Technical Support” as subject in the form.
Please note: access to the Claims area is only provided to B2B customers who have been trained on our products and are authorized to do warranty claims on our products. - If you do not have access to neither D-parts, nor the Claims area, please Contact us and choose "Technical support" as subject in the form.
