With a model for nearly every application, the SeaStar series is a robust, reliable and comfortable hydraulic steering system designed to keep you in command of your vessel.
- Kit includes Dometic's SeaStar Helm, Dometic SeaStar Pivot Cylinder and 1 l of hydraulic oil
- For boats up to 350 hp
- Hydraulic system makes steering effortless compared to mechanical steering systems
- Ideal for cruisers, runabouts, center console boats, offshore fishing boats, and many more applications
- Allows independent engine tilt in dual engine installation
- Five turns lock-to-lock
- Hoses are not included in this kit. Must be purchased separately.
BayStar Series
Hydraulic steering for safety and comfort
Designed to steer boats up to 150 hp, the BayStar series gives you the comfort and reliability of hydraulic steering at a lower price point. From the low friction Dometic BayStar Helm to the compact Dometic BayStar Cylinder, you’re ensured of a superb steering performance.
- Kit includes Dometic's BayStar Helm, BayStar Outboard Cylinder, 1 l of SeaStar Hydraulic Oil and 20 ft of cut-to-fit hydraulic tubing
- Suitable for most single-outboard powered boats rated up to 150 hp including runabouts and inflatables
- Comfort of hydraulic steering for less
- Five turns lock-to-lock
- Not recommended for use with high performance engines.
