The health and safety of our shareholders, employees and other stakeholders is our priority. Thus, as a result of the corona virus outbreak Dometic has decided to take certain precautionary measures to limit risks of contamination during its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.
The Annual Shareholders’ Meeting is planned to be held as scheduled at Hotel At Six, Brunkebergstorg 6 on April 7, 2020 at 1:00 pm CET, but with a limited scope and subject to precautionary measures as follows:
Following the recommendations from the public health authority in Sweden, we also urge all who feel sick or have recently visited a risk area or belong to a risk group not participate in the meeting. In such case please use a proxy. A proxy form is available on the company's website www.dometic.com. Please note that Dometic is not permitted to gather powers of attorney and act as proxy, but please be informed that Euroclear has offered to act as proxy for individuals if need be.
Dometic closely monitors the development and will, if necessary, update the company's precautionary measures before the annual shareholders’ meeting and asks everyone who intends to attend the meeting to stay updated via www.dometic.com about any further measures.
