CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE DOMETIC GO COMPETITION

1) The organiser of the competition is Dometic UK Ltd, Dometic House, The Brewery, Blanford St. Mary, Dorset, DT11 9LS, UK. Participation in the competition is exclusively subject to the terms and conditions set out here. By registering for the competition, you expressly accept these terms and conditions.

2) No costs will be incurred through participation in the competition. In return for participation in the competition, you must register in advance for our newsletter, providing your e-mail address and your first and last name, which we will process. Participation also requires acceptance of the conditions of participation (mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk). Participation in this way is also possible with an already existing subscription to the Dometic newsletter. To prevent misuse of your e-mail address, you will then immediately receive an e-mail from us asking you to confirm your newsletter registration by simply clicking on the confirmation link in this e-mail. Only after this confirmation will you receive our newsletter and take part in the competition.

3) The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

4) Participation is only possible in your own name. In the event of multiple entries or false information provided during registration, the participant may be disqualified from the competition. Employees of Dometic and its subsidiaries and contractual partners are not eligible to enter the competition.

5) Participation is possible from 15th September 2023 to 24th September 2023, based on the electronically recorded date of receipt of the data set of the entry declaration in the system.

6) The winner will be determined by drawing lots from among the participants. The draw will take place on 29th September 2023. The winner will be notified immediately afterwards via the e-mail address provided. The prize will be sent to the winner by post. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the claim to the prize will lapse and a replacement winner will be drawn in accordance with the same procedure. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the e-mail address provided. Cash payment, payment in other material assets or exchange of the prize is not possible.

8) For the purpose of carrying out the raffle and contacting the winner, we process your e-mail address and, in due course, the winner's address on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO. The data will not be passed on to third parties. Subsequently, your e-mail address will be processed within the scope of our newsletter service. 9) Dometic UK Ltd expressly reserves the right to terminate or extend the competition at any time without stating reasons and to amend these conditions of participation.

10) The legal process is excluded.
