If you purchased online at dometic.com, you’ll be guided to submit a warranty form. If your product was purchased through a dealer or retailer, you’ll be directed to find an authorised service agent to assist with your claim. If your product was pre-installed, you’ll be guided to find the dealer so you can return to the original supplier for warranty support.
