Dometic Warranty
Dometic products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that protects against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage periods vary by product category and begin from the original date of purchase.

Front Runner Warranty
Front Runner products are covered by Front Runner’s manufacturer warranty. Coverage applies to the original purchaser only and varies by product category.
Warranty claims for Front Runner products must be made through the Front Runner reseller you purchased from. A copy of the original invoice is required for all warranty claims.
Front Runner may, at its discretion, repair or replace a defective product. In some cases, a refund or store credit toward a replacement product may be offered instead.

Roof racks
Limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser.
The warranty applies only when roof racks are fitted to a Front Runner mounting system and installed according to Front Runner’s fitment instructions.
Warranty coverage ends if the product is sold or transferred to another owner.Roof rack accessories and mounting systems
3-year warranty for the original purchaser.
Accessories must be fitted to a Front Runner roof rack. Warranty coverage ends if the product is transferred or fitted to a non-Front Runner rack.Fuel tanks, bumpers, tow bars, drawers and sliders

Some products sold by Front Runner are manufactured by third parties. These products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Front Runner warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, fading or surface oxidation. Damage caused by misuse, overloading, incorrect installation, unauthorised modifications or repairs, commercial use, accidents or unlawful vehicle operation is also excluded. Damage to vehicles, cargo, property or people is not covered.
