TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF DOMETIC CHATBOT These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to your use of the [Dometic AI Chatbot] (the “Chatbot”), provided by Dometic Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 620 863 66305) (“Dometic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Chatbot, you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply during each chat session and terminates as soon as you, as a user, stops using the Chatbot or the session ends. THE CHATBOT The Chatbot is an artificial intelligence (“AI”)-powered tool there to help you find information located elsewhere on Dometic’s website, such as frequently asked support questions, instruction manuals for Dometic products, as well as direction to relevant resources and support channels. When you use the Chatbot, you are interacting with an AI system. Provided that you comply with these Terms, Dometic grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal use only, limited revocable right to connect to and use the Chatbot during a chat session. The answers provided by the Chatbot are for general information purposes only, and the Chatbot cannot assist with questions regarding, for example, specific purchases. Since the Chatbot is an AI system, the accuracy of the answers may vary, and the Chatbot may generate content that is incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. If the Chatbot does not provide you with helpful answers or is unable to answer your question, please contact our customer service team for further assistance. PROHIBITED USE When using the Chatbot, you agree that you will not:
Use the Chatbot if you are under the age of 16.
Violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
Share protected or offensive information, such as copyrighted material, or material that is inappropriate, offensive, or unethical.
Attempt to bypass or disable safety features, guardrails, usage limits, or other system protections, including prompt or “metaprompt” restrictions.
Ask questions that are discriminatory, racist or violent.
Use the Chatbot for professional advice.
Use the Chatbot for commercial purposes.
Use the Chatbot to spread malware.
Use the Chatbot in any situation where inaccurate responses may cause harm or financial loss.
We may monitor use of the Chatbot for compliance, security and quality purposes. We reserve the right to suspend access to the Chatbot if we have reason to believe that you have violated this prohibited use section, or any other part of these Terms. USE OF CONTENT You are responsible for the content you submit to the Chatbot. Do not provide sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information.
Dometic may use content that you provide to the Chatbot to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and develop the Chatbot and related services, including for analytics and quality assurance. We may compile statistics and other aggregated or de-identified information for these purposes.
DOMETIC’S RESPONSIBILITY
Your use of the Chatbot is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Chatbot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we are not responsible for any decision you make on the basis of information provided by the Chatbot. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dometic is not liable for any damage or loss caused to you by the Chatbot.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Please avoid sharing personal data (such as your name, contact details, or health information) with the Chatbot. However, in some cases, it may be necessary for us to process your personal data in connection with your use of the Chatbot. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The Stockholm District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance on any dispute arising from these Terms. Nothing in the foregoing shall affect or limit any statutory provisions restricting the choice of law and the applicability of mandatory law (including in particular consumer protection laws), in particular those of the country in which you, as a consumer, are resident.
CHANGES
We may stop, remove, modify or add to the Chatbot (or features within the Chatbot) at our sole discretion.
We may, from time to time, update these Terms. We therefore advise you to review the Terms for any changes every time you use the Chatbot. The Terms were last updated on June 11th 2026.
