Solid, but disappointing and $$
"This is a pretty expensive drawer, so I expected it to be as slick and well engineered as the coolers. True, it is solid, but Dometic used of steel rivets to hold it all together and they protrude VERY far from the perimeter of the drawer - a big bummer. They catch and snag all sorts of stuff. . . (and are not shown clearly in the photos or in the product dimensions!) And, while I know it's going in to a vehicle, weight does matter. There are small things Dometic could have done to make it lighter and not less sturdy."
