Hardware/return process
"First, I did order the wrong fairing. It was for my truck but the wrong rack. However, the bag of hardware was torn. All was there after searching, but it wouldn’t have worked with the brackets supplied. There was no where for the supplied screws to thread into for the fairing to the bracket. And no nuts for those bolts. Their return process is crazy. I had to measure and weight the box the item came in and they are going to take the cost of the label out of the refund for the fairing. So not only did I lose money for a fairing that I would have gone to the hardware store to make work if it was the correct part, but I will now be looking for an alternative for my front runner rack. I imagine the correct one would have the same hardware issue based off its install instructions. Other then that it was a quality look and feel hence the 2 stars."
