My device is not pairing to my thermostat, why?

To connect to a Bluetooth® device from the Dometic CT Bluetooth app, choose Add New Connection. Press the Power / Mode button on the CT Bluetooth thermostat until you reach OFF. Select your CT Bluetooth thermostat from the list that appears on the app and choose Pair With Selected Thermostat. Enter the 2-digit code that appears on the CT Bluetooth thermostat LCD twice in the Device Authentication window of the app and choose Enter. You should now be connected.
Why can I not see my thermostat on my device?

First, verify that the thermostat is equipped with Bluetooth® capability. A small Bluetooth® symbol, as follows, should be visible on the front of the thermostat just below the display screen:

If the thermostat is equipped with Bluetooth® capability then verify that the CT Bluetooth thermostat is powered up and properly paired to the Bluetooth® device.
How do I connect multiple devices to my thermostat?

To connect to a Bluetooth® device from the Dometic CT Bluetooth app, choose Add New Connection. Press the Power / Mode button on the additional CT Bluetooth thermostat until you reach OFF. Select your additional CT Bluetooth thermostat from the list that appears on the app and choose Pair With Selected Thermostat. Enter the 2-digit code that appears on the additional CT Bluetooth thermostat LCD twice in the Device Authentication window of the app and choose Enter. You should now be connected.

How do I change the desired temperature of my thermostat with my device?

To change the set point, press the Up button to increase the set point and the Down button to decrease the set point.
How do I change the mode with my device?

Press the Power / Mode button to cycle through the available modes. All CT Bluetooth thermostats have COOL and FURNACE modes. Select models could have additional modes, such as HEAT PUMP or HEAT STRIP. The active mode will display on the LCD.
How do I change the fan speed with my device?

Press the Power / Mode button until the FAN mode is active. Press the Up or Down button to cycle through the fan speed options LOW, HIGH, and AUTO.
How do I change the thermostat name?

On the top left corner of the thermostat app there are 3 horizontal bars. Press on them and the Settings will appear. Tap on Change Name and proceed to type in a new name for the connected thermostat.
How do I change from Fahrenheit to Celsius?

On the top left corner of the thermostat app there are 3 horizontal bars. Press on them and the Settings will appear. Press on Change to Celsius and the temperature reading will switch from Fahrenheit to Celsius.
