How it Works

If you find a better price for a product you've purchased from dometic.com, you can request a refund for the difference.

Simply contact Customer Services with your Price Promise refund request using the support form linked here .
3.
As long as your price match is eligible, we'll arrange a refund for the difference to your original payment method.
Refund Qualification
We'll price match purchases made on dometic.com in the last 7 days. This means 7 days of placing the order, not the delivery/collection. You can request a price promise refund before you've received your item.
The lower-price item must be identical, including the same size, colour and specification.
It can be on a seasonal offer or promotion, but can't be: a multi-buy offer, reduced with a promo code, or an exclusive/trade price.
The product must be sold directly by the retailer, not by a third-party seller or marketplace listing. The retailer must operate in the same country as your Dometic website.
We'll match lower prices from the last 7 days.
We'll also match the price on our own website if it drops within 7 days of your purchase, as long as it's on the same local domain (e.g. dometic.com/de-de, dometic.com/fr-fr, etc.).
When you fill out the form, you'll receive an email from us requesting a screenshot or photo as proof of where you've found the lower price. You'll need to have your original order details ready as well.
