Shipping 

Orders placed before 3PM CST ship same day. Orders placed after 3 pm CST may be processed the following day (excluding busy periods, weekends, and holidays).

Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping notification with your tracking number. Your order will arrive in 1-8 business days after it’s processed. 

The Goods are delivered throughout the United States using Fedex Ground. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the Goods and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Note: FedEx is experiencing shipping delays in some regions.

Returns 

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, Dometic may allow you to return your product for a full refund of the product value within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused, and is still in its original packaging. All requests for returns must be made in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. 

Please note that if you wish to do a return on a product bundle, containing two products or more with a discount added, you need to return all items in the bundle.

Please note shipping fees are not refundable.
