Why can I not see my thermostat on my device?

First, verify that the thermostat is equipped with Bluetooth® capability. A small Bluetooth® symbol, as follows, should be visible on the front of the thermostat just below the display screen:

If the thermostat is equipped with Bluetooth® capability then verify that the CT Bluetooth thermostat is powered up and properly paired to the Bluetooth® device.
