What happens to my personal account and log-in?
You’ll need to register a new account using the same email address you used before. Don’t worry, once you do, we’ll automatically connect it to your previous details, so your history isn’t lost.
We’ve also upgraded to a more secure log-in system to keep your personal information safe.
What happens to my loyalty points I had in Explorer Rewards?
All your existing rewards and balances will be carried over to the new website. But now it’s called Dometic Rewards. Same loyalty program, same membership, but new name and new fresh look. For Dometic, the loyalty program is new and we welcome all new members in.
Will my saved items/wish list be transferred?
Yes! When you register your new account with the same email address as before, we’ll automatically bring over your saved items and wish list.
If I had subscriptions with both brands, what happens now?
We will merge our subscribers into one newsletter subscription. Enjoy the new look and happy reading. We’ll keep sending you early access to product launches, exclusive special offers and inspiration. You haven’t signed up yet? Go, go, go! Get on the list and you’ll have 10% off your first purchase.
