"A friend of mine who runs a safari business in Kenya asked me to see if I could get some replacement latches for his Land Rover Defender. I couldn't find them on the FrontRunner website so contacted their support team. Kevin Schultz got back to me and said that although they are not listed he could load then into my account manually for me. This he did in a mater of minutes. The latches are now winging their way to my friend in Kenya. Brilliant service."
