The following warranty terms apply in addition to any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your country.

What this warranty covers
Subject to the limitations and exclusions described below, Front Runner Dometic will remedy defects in materials or workmanship by, at its discretion:
Repairing the defective product
Replacing the defective product
Issuing a refund equal to the original purchase price
Issuing a credit toward the purchase of a new Front Runner Dometic product
Parts and labour for approved warranty remedies are provided at no charge.
Warranty periods by product category
Roof racks — 5 years
Front Runner Dometic will warranty all Front Runner Dometic Roof Racks for the first 5 years that an original retail purchaser owns the product. The warranty will only stand if the Front Runner Dometic Roof Racks are fitted to a Front Runner Dometic Mounting System. The Roof Rack Kits must be installed in accordance with Front Runner Dometic's recommended fitment instructions. The Warranty is effective for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person. The components used in customized Roof Rack installations are considered accessories and are covered under the accessories warranty below.
Roof rack accessories — 3 years
Front Runner Dometic will warranty all Front Runner Dometic brand Roof Rack Accessories manufactured by Front Runner Dometic for the first 3 years that an original retail purchaser owns the product. The Warranty will only stand if the accessories are fitted to a Front Runner Dometic Roof Rack. This warranty terminates if a purchaser transfers the product to any other person or if the accessories are fitted to any rack other than a Front Runner Dometic Roof Rack.
Other Front Runner Dometic manufactured — 2 years
Front Runner Dometic will warranty all Front Runner Dometic water tanks, drawers and sliders manufactured by Front Runner Dometic for the first 2 years that an original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person.
Front Runner Dometic rooftop tents and awnings — 2 years
Front Runner Dometic will warranty all Front Runner Dometic roof top tents and awnings for the first 2 years that an original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person.
Dometic-branded tents — 3 years
Front Runner Dometic will warranty all Dometic-branded roof top tents for the first 3 years that an original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person.
Other Front Runner Dometic-branded products — 1 year
Front Runner Dometic will warranty all other Front Runner Dometic branded items, not limited to but including, Expander Chairs, Cutlery, Storage Bags and Boxes, Transit Bags, Telescopic Ladder for the first 1 year that an original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person.
Dometic-branded fridges and coolers — 3 years
Front Runner Dometic will warranty all Front Runner Dometic Fridges and Coolers for the first 3 years that an original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person.
Other
Front Runner Dometic also sells products that complement the Front Runner Dometic product range. When those products are purchased from or through a Front Runner Dometic Reseller, Front Runner Dometic will honor all original manufacturer warranties.
What is not covered by this warranty
This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, tears, or cosmetic damage
Aesthetic oxidation of surfaces
Natural fading or breakdown of colours or materials over time
Commercial use
Accidents or unlawful vehicle operation
Modifications or repairs not performed or authorised by Front Runner Dometic
Misuse, overloading, or abuse
Failure to assemble, install, or use the product in accordance with Front Runner Dometic’s written instructions or guidelines
Disclaimer of Liability
Repair or replacement of a defective product, or the issuance of a refund or credit (as determined by Front Runner Dometic), is the purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this warranty.
Damage to a purchaser’s vehicle, cargo, persons, or other property is excluded.
This warranty is expressly made in place of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Front Runner Dometic’s sole liability is limited to the remedies described above. In no event shall Front Runner Dometic be liable for lost profits, lost sales, or any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
In some countries, product liability or consumer protection legislation may provide additional rights. Where applicable, such statutory rights replace the rights and conditions stated in this warranty.
