Terms and Conditions

Dometic Australia Pty Ltd ACN 086 366 305 (Promoter) is administering the Dometic Get Lost AU Promotion (Promotion) in connection with SRG Leisure Retail Pty Ltd ABN 51 110 667 411 trading as BCF (BCF).

• How to Enter

  • Entry into the Promotion is free and is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, management and directors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or BCF, together with retailers, suppliers, agencies and/or companies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” refers to spouse, de facto spouse, parent (including a spouse or de facto spouse of a parent), natural or adopted child, sibling (whether natural or adopted by parent or a spouse or de facto spouse of a parent), grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew or first cousin. An entrant must be an individual and not a company.

  • Information on how to enter and details of prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the formation of a contract with the Promoter.

  1. The Promotion begins at 8:00am AEST on Thursday 16th July 2026 and ends at 12:00am AEST on Thursday 8th October 2026 (Promotion Period). The Promotion Period is comprised of 3 individual draws with separate entry periods:

     1. Draw 1: between 8:00am AEST on Saturday 18th July 2026 until 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 26th July 2026 (Draw 1 Entry Period);

     2. Draw 2: entries may be made between 8:00am AEST on Thursday 16th July 2026 until Sunday 23th August 2026 (Draw 2 Entry Period); and

     3. Draw 3: entries may be made between 8:00am AEST on Thursday 16th July 2026 until Thursday 8^th October 2026 (Draw 3 Entry Period).

  2. To enter the Promotion, entrants must either:

     1. for entry to Draw 1: purchase at least one eligible Dometic product from the BCF Bundaberg store during the Draw 1 Entry Period;

     2. for entry to Draw 2: purchase at least one eligible Dometic product from the Promoter’s online store available at www.dometic.com (opens in new tab) (Promoter’s eShop) or at participating BCF retail stores across Australia during the Draw 2 Entry Period; or

     3. for entry to Draw 3: purchase at least one eligible Dometic product from the Promoter’s eShop at www.dometic.com (opens in new tab) or at participating BCF retail stores across Australia during the Draw 3 Entry Period,

  • and, they must also provide a valid email address and consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter at the time of entry.

  1. Where the eligible Dometic product was purchased from a participating BCF retail store, entrants must also accurately fill out all required fields in the applicable entry form available:

     1. for Draw 1: via https://r1.dotdigital-pages.com/p/7WLS-JPB/upload-proof-of-purchase-bundaberg-store (opens in new tab); or

     2. for Draw 2 and Draw 3: via https://r1.dotdigital-pages.com/p/7WLS-JIY/upload-proof-of-purchase-national (opens in new tab); and

  • Entries are entered on the placement of the order or, where the eligible Dometic product was purchased from a participating BCF retail store, by the placement of the order by completing the applicable online entry form, at the rate of one (1) entry per eligible Dometic product purchased, per draw.

  • Completion of an entry form is not required for purchases made via the Promoter's eShop (www.dometic.com). Eligible purchases made via the Promoter's eShop will receive an automatic entry upon purchase of an eligible Dometic product, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Entries may only be submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  • Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. Any entry received by the Promoter outside of the Promotion Period will not be accepted. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for late or misdirected entries.

  • Where an online order that gave rise to an entry is cancelled, the associated entries to the Promotion will also be cancelled.

  • Where the eligible Dometic product was purchased from a participating BCF retail store, proof of purchase must be uploaded with the entry to the Promotion. The proof of purchase must clearly show the retailer's name (BCF), product purchased, purchase price and date of purchase. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any proof of purchase and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. The Promoter's failure to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

• Details of the Promotion

  • This is a chance-based competition. Prize winners will be chosen by way of a random draw conducted by an electronic random number generator on the drawing dates set out below.

• As set out above, six (6) prospective winners in total will be selected across the three (3) draws as follows:

  1. Draw 1: One (1) prospective winner will be drawn at random from all eligible BCF Bundaberg in-store entries received during the Draw 1 Entry Period.

  2. Draw 2: Two (2) prospective winners will be drawn:

     1. one (1) from the pool of entries made in connection with eligible purchases from BCF national stores; and

     2. one (1) from the pool of entries made in connection with eligible purchases from Promoter eShop, during the Draw 2 Entry Period.

  3. Draw 3: Three (3) prospective winners will be drawn:

     1. one (1) from the pool of entries made in connection with eligible purchases from BCF national stores; and

     2. two (2) from the pool of entries made in connection with eligible purchases from Promoter eShop, during the Draw 3 Entry Period.

• All draws will be conducted at the Promoter’s offices. Prospective winners will be contacted within forty-eight (48) hours following the respective draw.

• Prospective winners will be required to confirm their identity and eligibility to the Promoter’s satisfaction and, where requested, sign a statutory declaration of eligibility and release of liability within the timeframe specified by the Promoter.

If the Promoter is unable to contact a prospective winner within seven (7) days of first notification, or if a prospective winner fails to comply with any requirements or is found to be ineligible, their Prize will be forfeited.

• If required, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 11:00 am AEST at the Promoter’s offices, using an electronic random number generator, on the following dates:
  a. Draw 1: Wednesday 12 August 2026
  b. Draw 2: Wednesday 2 September 2026
  c. Draw 3: Friday 16 October 2026

• The replacement winner(s) will be notified within forty-eight (48) hours of the applicable redraw and will also be announced on the Promoter's social media channels and the Promoter's eShop. The announcement will remain available for at least 28 days.
  

• Prizes

  • Each winner will receive an experience consisting of either a thirty‑six (36) to forty‑eight (48) hour outdoor experience (Prize) for the winner and one (1) guest (Guest). The Prize includes the use of one (1) vehicle equipped with the Promoter’s products, including camping equipment and related accessories as determined by the Promoter (Vehicle).

  • The Prize also includes a limited amount of pre‑prepared food and non‑alcoholic beverages and one (1) reserved campsite located on North Stradbroke Island, QLD, the details of which are to be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.

  • The total approximate retail value of each Prize is $[2,400]. The aggregate value of all the Prizes awarded during the Promotion is approximately $[14,400].

  • Further specifics of the Prize shall be determined by the Promoter. Additional costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with the Prize (including any travel costs incurred to claim or enjoy a Prize) not specifically described above are the responsibility of the respective winners.

  • The Promoter may determine itinerary, accommodation, and other experience details in its sole discretion. If a winner elects to participate with no Guest, any unused Guest portions of the Prize will be forfeited and no substitutions will be provided.

  • The date on which a Prize may be claimed will be determined by the Promoter and, once confirmed, may not be altered except with the Promoter’s consent. If a winner is unable or unwilling to fulfil the entire Prize during the specified time period, the winner forfeits the Prize in its entirety and an alternate Winner may be selected. Incidentals and any other personal expenses incurred during the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner.

  • A winner is not permitted to operate, drive, handle, or otherwise control a Vehicle unless they hold an appropriate and unrestricted valid driver’s licence. If the winner does not have a valid drivers licence, they are ineligible for the Prize/may request that the Guest be permitted to operate the Vehicle. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, approve such a request where the nominated Guest holds a current, valid and unrestricted driver’s licence appropriate for the Vehicle. Any approval must be provided in writing by the Promoter. Each winner will participate in the Prize solely at their own risk and agrees to be fully and strictly responsible and liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm to persons or property caused by or resulting from winner’s actions or omissions during the Prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • Any Guest must be at least 18 years of age and an Australian resident. Once a Guest is selected, they may not be substituted except at the Promoter’s sole discretion. If a Guest fails to return any required documentation within the specified timeframe, the Winner may forfeit the right to be accompanied by a Guest.

  • Unless agreed in writing by the Promoter, only the winner may operate the Vehicle, and any Guest is not permitted to operate, drive, handle, or otherwise control a Vehicle at any time, for any reason. A Guest will participate in the Prize solely at their own risk and agrees to be fully and strictly responsible and liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm to persons or property caused by or resulting from the winner’s or Guest’s actions or omissions during the Prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • The Prize cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash except at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or any portion thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value.

  • All parts of the Prize are subject to availability and blackout dates, and are subject to change. Should an event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, pandemic, natural disaster, governmental action, or civil unrest) render the redemption or fulfilment of the Prize delayed, hindered, or impracticable, the Promoter reserves the right to modify redemption and fulfilment processes and timelines, which may include providing additional time for redemption or fulfilment, or substituting the Prize with an item or experience of similar nature and value.

• Privacy

  • The Promoter may collect personal data about entrants for the purposes of administering this Promotion, including verifying eligibility, contacting winners and delivering prizes, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at www.dometic.com/en-au/privacy-policy (opens in new tab). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the Promoter’s collection and use of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

  • By entering this Promotion, you agree to join the Promoter’s newsletter mailing list and consent to receive marketing and advertising communications from the Promoter and its related brands including Front Runner Dometic and Enerdrive Dometic, and BCF.

  • Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes your consent to the Promoter’s use of your name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, without further compensation.

• Limitations of Liability

  • The Promoter makes no express representations or warranties as to the quality, fitness for purpose or merchantability of any Prize or any part of any Prize. To the maximum extent permitted at law, including subject to the Australian Consumer Law (contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), the Promoter excludes liability of any kind arising from or relating to the Prize.

  • This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (including Facebook and Instagram) or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted. Entrants release those platforms from any and all liability associated with the Promotion.

• Disputes / Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions and the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. All entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

• Severability

  • If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
