Terms and conditions for pre-orders
In addition to our Terms & Conditions | Dometic (opens in new tab), the following special terms and conditions for pre-orders apply when you pre-order a product that has not yet been launched. In the event of a conflict between the special terms and conditions for pre-orders and the general terms and conditions, the following terms and conditions for pre-orders shall prevail.
1. Pre-ordered products are not in stock at the time of ordering.
2. Pre-ordered products are delivered within the time interval specified when ordering. A more specific delivery date will be communicated to you as a customer when the product is available for delivery.
3. Your payment for the product must be made when ordering and therefore constitutes an advance payment.
4. You have the right to cancel your order before the goods have been dispatched. In such a case, you will be refunded the amount that you have already paid to us.
5. Once you have received the product, you have the right to cancel in accordance with what is stated in the Terms & Conditions | Dometic (opens in new tab).
