Works like an African CHARM!
"With having a SWB Pajero, I struggled and struggled to find a space for my telescoping ladder to get on the rooftop. Finally deciding to put my ladder into my spare wheel garbage bin. Only option I had. But I knew extreme corrugated roads will create problems with the weight of the ladder in the spare wheel garbage bin. Literally after 6 months of trying everything and repacking and moving brackets and rooftop things to make space for my ladder, nothing worked. And then I saw this. At first I was sceptical on how easy it just looks. Just climb on. Wondering if I would be able to reach the rooftop so easily. IT WORKS BEAUTIFULLY!!! Such a great, easy way to get on top of your vehicle. Step, step and up! Only thing I would say is, make the manual a bit more clearer. The installation guide. It doesn’t show how the ratchet road needs to be fed through exactly. And if you do it the wrong way, it will slip. So ALWAYS, ALWAYS take it easy on the first step after fitment. Slowly put your weight on it. And then see if it holds. Once done correctly, it DOES NOT MOVE! Even me loading up 25kg large tents with my 86kg weight, it does not BUDGE! But please, Fron Runner. do make a better fitment guide on how the ropes need to be looped through. There is a way and it jsut does not show on the manual. Do that, and this is, apart from my Tough Dog suspension, the best buy I made so far!!! And I bought a lot, a lot of gear. This takes the cake."
