Shipping

We are in partnership with UPS and DHL for standard deliveries throughout Europe. For larger products best suited for delivery on pallets, we have partnered with DB Schenker.

For orders to island addresses special terms apply.

Shipping costs

  • For purchases of less than 300 EUR a shipping cost of 5 EUR will be added.

  • For purchases containing items on pallets a shipping cost of 20 EUR will be added.

  • For purchases exceeding 300 EUR, no shipping costs will be added.

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email from us containing a confirmation of your purchase.

Your products are then packed and sent from our warehouse within two working days of you ordering.

As soon as your shipment is on its way, you will receive an email from UPS, DHL or DB Schenker with a tracking number where you can track the delivery.

It usually takes between 3-7 working days before you have your ordered products with you.
