Price Promise

Please note that the policy below does not apply during the period 10 November 2025 to 8 December 2025. During this time, we will not refund any price differences identified at our retailers or dealers.

We regularly check our prices, but if you do find something you bought from us at a better price within 7 days, you can request a refund for the difference.


How it Works

If you find a better price for a product you've purchased from dometic.com, you can request a refund for the difference.

Simply contact Customer Services with your Price Promise refund request using the support form linked here .

3.

As long as your price match is eligible, we'll arrange a refund for the difference to your original payment method.

Refund Qualification

  • We'll price match purchases made on dometic.com in the last 7 days. This means 7 days of placing the order, not the delivery/collection. You can request a price promise refund before you've received your item.

  • The lower-price item must be identical, including the same size, colour and specification.

  • It can be on a seasonal offer or promotion, but can't be: a multi-buy offer, reduced with a promo code, or an exclusive/trade price.

  • The product must be sold directly by the retailer, not by a third-party seller or marketplace listing. The retailer must operate in the same country as your Dometic website.

  • We'll match lower prices from the last 7 days.

  • We'll also match the price on our own website if it drops within 7 days of your purchase, as long as it's on the same local domain (e.g. dometic.com/de-de, dometic.com/fr-fr, etc.).

  • When you fill out the form, you'll receive an email from us requesting a screenshot or photo as proof of where you've found the lower price. You'll need to have your original order details ready as well.
