Adaptive Power Mode
The Adaptive Power Mode ensures reliable air conditioner operation on campsites with low fuse protection. As the name suggests, the power input of the A/C system automatically adapts to the situation at hand. No problems with tripped circuit breakers on the mains hook-up. Adaptive Power (patent pending) is an exclusive feature of Dometic FreshJet FJZ7 roof air conditioners. Simply set the power level your air conditioner should not exceed via the Dometic Power App and enjoy comfort without compromise.
SmartECO climate control
All FJZ7 models feature the Dometic SmartECO function to make optimal use of the available battery resources. Connected to the TEMPRA battery of your Dometic power supply system, they check the current state of charge and automatically activate the matching air conditioner mode – low power, fan only, or complete shut-down. As soon as the battery is recharged to a level above 60%, the full A/C power is restored again.
Dometic CleanAir air purifier
Our new air purification system uses advanced bipolar ionizer technology to keep your motorhome smelling fresh and clean while greatly reducing allergens, viruses, bacteria and pollutants. Ionizers purify air through several methods. Firstly, they create positive and negative ions to help reduce pathogens, odours, and mould. Bacteria and virus cells are robbed of their life-sustaining hydrogen, reducing their number. Secondly, odours are reduced when they oxidise on contact with the charged ions. Last but not least, the positive and negative ions attach to the particles in the air. Their attractive forces make the particles biggre. This in turn allows the standard dust filter of your air conditioning system to remove more particles from the air.
