We are in partnership with UPS for standard deliveries throughout Europe. For larger products requiring pallet delivery, we partner with leading pallet distribution networks and local service providers to ensure reliable kerbside delivery.
All UK orders are dispatched directly from our UK warehouse, providing a faster and more efficient delivery experience while helping to minimise delivery times.
For orders to island addresses special terms apply.
Shipping costs
For purchases under £300, a shipping charge of £7 will be added.
For purchases containing items on pallets a shipping cost of £20 will be added.
For purchases of £300 or more, delivery is free.
Order processing
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email from us containing a confirmation of your purchase.
Your products will normally be packed and dispatched from our UK warehouse within one working day of your order being placed.
Delivery
As soon as your shipment is on its way, you will receive an email from our delivery partner with a tracking number where you can track the delivery.
It usually takes between 1-5 working days before you have your ordered products with you.
Orders placed before 12:00 pm are eligible for next day delivery to mainland UK addresses via UPS.
