Amazing product
"I had no idea how much I was gonna love this thing. It’s so very nice. I can control the temperature of both halves independently, and it can run on DC or AC power, plus there’s a way to even try to run it on a solar panel if that’s what you wanted to do. It’s extremely well built, and the seals are all very tight, and it is extremely well thought out. I think it might be nicer than my real refrigerator"

"The online purchase was simple and Dometic shipped quickly! I do like the bluetooth, surprisingly. The compressor works quite well and is almost silent! I had issues with the 3rd party courier and Dometic was quite helpful and reassuring. Great customer service!"

Dometic portable cooler
"The CFX 75DZ we just purchased and installed is as expected. one issue was documentation for how to reverse the opening of the doors was not included. The fact is documentation is very limited anymore as it is expected that purchasers will use the Internet to find out the information about the products they have just purchased. I believe this to be a shortcoming. !"

Efficient cooler
"I just purchased the CFX5 35 and have only done one test run with it, but generally impressed! I plugged it in to my power bank and it cooled from 68 degrees to 39 degrees in less than 15min and only used 2% of my external power bank’s battery. Once stabilized, it held the temperature really well for hours and only used an additional 1% of external battery. The only downside I can see is that once I turned it off, the internal temperature climbed back up to room temperature(with lid fully closed) within 2hours. The cooler was completely empty, but it was also sitting in my climate controlled living room and not in sunlight. Overall, I think it’s a great product and I think it well serve us well in a camper van, but I do wonder how well it’s actually insulated for when it is not plugged in."

Quieter than expected
"Surprisingly quiet operation, to the point I had to place my hand near the compressor to get some sense of minimal vibration that the cooler was working. Also, I had worried the capacity might be on the small side for my needs, but the 35 is actually plenty."

"Have a travel trailer, with a small fridge and freezer, so not alot of room to have refiderater and freezer foods. Now tith this electic cooler we are able to have more refrigerated items on hand for meals!!! So nice. . . ."
