"Once a company that had a FULL LIFE-TIME WARRANTY for all of the fan unit itself. Originally manufactured and located at 2083 Almont Avenue Imlay, Michigan (810) 724-3818 (Phone Out of Service) My original model is 4000R. The defect is a fatigue crack that is caused by the lift arm assembly. The failure is adjacent to the molded portion that receives the screw. In turn, this creates a vertical force (up/down) condition that causes the lift to slowly wind its way upward and exposing the dome lid to wind forces from driving down the road."
